Steering Committee: provides leadership and direction to the Partnership and ensures proper management of its activities.

Ad Hoc Committees: appropriate ad-hoc committees are formed by the Steering Committee to further the purposes of the Partnership and assign members thereof.

Nominations Committee: shall prepare a slate of officers to membership thirty (30) days before the Annual Meeting. Nominations are accepted from members up to sixty (60) days before the Annual Meeting.
